DIBULAXAN

Each film coated tablet contains:

  • Paracetamol: 325 mg
  • Ibuprofen: 200 mg
  • Excipients: q.s 1 tablet
  • The combination tablet of Parcetamol 325 mg and Ibuprofen 200mg is indicated in: pain relief, anti-inflammatory caused by injuries, rheumatoid arthritis, neuritis; treatment of fever, headache, toothache, dysmenorrhea.
  • Patients with hypersensitive to any of the components of the drug.
  • Progressive gastric and duodenal ulcer.
  • Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
  • Lupus scattered (risk of mild meningitis reaction)
  • Women in third trimester of pregnancy.
  • Women during lactation.

Use as directed by your doctor or average dose:

  • Usual dose for adults:
  • Acute: dose of 1 - 2 tablets, 3 times daily.
  • Chronic: dose 1 tablet, 3 tines daily
  • Gastrointestinal : Nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, stomachage, epigastric pain, bleeding with sign or not, peristaltic disorders.
  • Psychotic disorders: Headache, weakness, dizziness.
  • Hypersensitivity reactions: dermalogy (rash, pruritus), respiratory system (bronchospasm occasionally in people who is allergic to aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), edema.
  • Hepatic disorders: Transient increase of transaminnase.
  • Renal disorders: Uropenia, kidney failure.
  • Blood disorders: Agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia. In some cases, anemia can have all three lines, neutropenia and leukopenia.
  • Visual disturbances.
  • Use ibuprofen with anticoagulants coumarin type may increase risk of bleeding.
  • Use with aspirin may reduce ibuprofen levels in blood and reduces anti-inflammatory effects.
  • Long-term use of paracetamol may increase the reduction effects of anticoagulant on plasma prothrombin levels.
  • Read carefully the instruction before use.

  • Nausea, abdominal pain.
  • Paracetamol toxicosis may caused by using only a single dose, or by taking large doses of paracetamol repeatly (for example 7.5 to 10 g / day for 1-2 days), or by long-term medication. Dose-dependent hepatic necrosis was the most toxic effects of paracetamol due to overdose, it may cause death.
  • Clinical signs of hepatotoxicity becomes evident within 2-4 days after ingestion of toxic doses. Plasma amino-transferase increase and plasma bilirubin levels may also increase; further, prolonged prothrombin time when liver damage progresses. 10% of patients with untreated toxicosis had serious liver damage; among these, 10% -20% eventually died of liver failure. Acute renal failure also occurs in some patients.
  • Stimulates the central nervous system may be followed by inhibition of the central nervous system.

  • Before starting treatment, monitor closely the urinary excretion and renal function in patients with heart failure, cirrhosis and kidney failure, patients taking diuretics, patients with chronic renal failure and especially in the elderly.
  • Monitor patients with a history of duodenal ulcer, diaphragmatic hernia or gastrointestinal bleeding.
  • Be careful when using in patients with heart disease and hypertension.
