DOSAGE - ADMINISTRATION

Use for daily nasal hygiene: 2-3 times daily by following these steps:
1. Open the protective cap vertically.
2. Place your index finger on the nozzle tip.
3. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
4. Quickly press the nozzle 2 to 3 times in each nostril.
5. Let the excess solution pull the mucus out and blow your nose.
6. Clean, dry the nozzle, close the protective cap.
