From 28th March to 20th April, 2018, Danapha Human resource department held many training course on sales skill and product knowledge for all medical representatives working at 7 branches of Danapha. Head of each branch, sales supervisors and more than 100 medical representatives attended the courses.

These training courses not only built fluent product knowledge, improve sales skills but also created chances for medical representatives from different local markets to share information about competitive products, key features of Danapha products and real solutions for many sales situations. Consequently, trainees got more experiences and especially, deeply understood Danapha’s products to introduce to customers and increase sales.

Training for medical representatives is the prior annual activity of Danapha’s Human resource department, aiming for providing product knowledge and sales skills for our sales teams. Hopefully, these course will increase all medical representatives’ sales performance, contributing to the sustainable development of Danapha.
