On 17th May, 2019, Danapha held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 at Danapha’s meeting room. Attending this meeting are Danapha’s Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board , Board of Management (BOM) as well as most of Danapha shareholders.

At the meeting, Danapha’s Board of Management reported to the BOD and all shareholders the company’s performance in 2018 and orientation for 2019. In addition to the achievements, the BOD emphasized that there would be so many changes in human resource and business strategy to achieve our goal. Doctor. Based on the real situatin of the market and other factors related to business performance, Danapha will strive to fulfil the target of VND 550 billion revenue in 2019.
